Bdtok Terms & Conditions — What you need to know before using the platform

1 General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the bdtok platform (bdtok.ws). By accessing the website or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any of them, please refrain from using bdtok.

2 Account Registration & Management

KYC Verification

Identity verification (KYC) may be required for withdrawals above a certain amount or at bdtok's discretion. This may involve submitting a copy of your National ID or passport. Withdrawals may be put on hold until KYC is completed.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

Deposit Rules

Bdtok does not charge any additional fees for deposits. However, your mobile banking provider or bank may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside bdtok's control. The minimum deposit is ৳50. Deposits are typically credited to your account instantly.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawals must always be made through the same method used for the original deposit
• To withdraw via a new method, a separate request must be submitted to Support
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 2–24 hours
• Withdrawals above a certain amount may be held pending KYC verification
• Bdtok may request additional verification for suspicious transactions

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General Bonus Terms

• Abuse: If bonus abuse is suspected, bdtok reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account

5 Betting Rules & Settlement

Each sport on bdtok has its own betting rules. Settlement is always based on official results. In the event of any dispute regarding a match or event outcome, bdtok will treat information from official sources as final.

Void Bet Policy

• If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets are generally voided and stakes refunded
• Bets are void if the required overs/minutes are not completed — this may vary depending on the rules of the sport
• If the result is determined by DLS or another applicable rule, the bet is settled accordingly

6 Prohibited Activities

The following actions are strictly prohibited on bdtok and may result in account termination:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts
• Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automation tools
• Using multiple identities to exploit the bonus system
• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Using another person's account or transferring an account to someone else
• Using bdtok for money laundering or as a channel for funds from illegal sources
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the system

7 Responsible Gaming

Bdtok believes gaming is a form of entertainment, not a source of income. We encourage all members to play responsibly.
